the calories i burn are 1348.6

so~

if i wanna slim down~

i can only take 1211.7 to 1711.7 calories per day

so

round it up again Open-mouthed smile

1300 la~

easier

i got 563 calories

dinner = rice 225 calories

plus those vege and soup~

make them 600?

okie

563 + 225 + 600 = 1388 Open-mouthed smile

okie

not really bad as i do exercise

BUT!!!!!!

i think my calories intake not as little as i counted

i think 1388 calories is probably during my college days

where i wanna save save save!!!!!!!

so fries everyday

 

the conclusion here is

MOVE MOVE MOVE!!!!!!

EXERCISE!!!!!

i spend at least 1 hour on treadmill

and 15 mins for others

although i fast pace walking everyday for at least 1 hour~

but my limbs still maintain the same ==

but my legs are firmer compare to before hitting gym

so

ADD OIL ADD OIL ADD OIL!!!!!

for a better tomorrow!!!!!

and a better image to my next bf?
