from 0 to 21

how to start my post?

there are some radical changes in my life in these 21 years…

the 1st is my look…

go through some pics and you will get what i mean…

everything change when i put on my spec…

ugly huh???

my weight kept on raising

raising and raising…

my mum dont allow me to keep long hair…

and cut my hair into super short length…

ya~

super short~

and super fat…

here’s my turning point…

i remembered my friend meh meh and shu wen asked me to join their slimming  plan

so did i

and i maintain it for around 1 year 2 years?

i take oatmeal every morning

i eat healthy

i exercise

i reject fried food

NO OIL AT ALL!!!

i washed those dishes with hot water before i eat

an apple a day for every single day…

do you know i feel damn exhausted when i exercise???

i feel damn rejected to attend sports class…

I CANT RUN!!!!

i failed all of my sport subject!!!!!!

damn frustrated…

how i wish i got asma and skip sports class!!!!

i scare staircase…

I REALLY REALLY REALLY SCARE STAIRCASE!

the guys out there making fun of me…

teacher teasing me…

i just cant lift up my head and walk confidentially…

you cant imagine how harsh is it!!!

whenever i take a cloths…

my mum sure say this

“see also know that you cant fit in la”

then i put back…

she sewed me my school uniform…

because the XXL size out there cant suit me as well…

since i agreed to join their plan…

i exercise everyday…

i eat healthy

i live healthy

from 70kg~

to 56kg…

in 2 years time…

already 59kg!!!!!!

put on contact lens…

18 yrs old

19/20 yrs old

and now

 

feel grateful to my meh meh and shu wen…

without their plan…

i sure still look the same as last time…

perhaps fatter!!!

teases and harsh words motivated me work GAO GAO!!!

your words contributed to my success!!!

but i know…

i still need to work on it…

and i know i can do it!!!!!!

 

 

the 2nd is my lifestyle

Rambo

i lost him right after i had a bowl of pork noodle…

since then…

i turned vegetarian until now…

i used to love Filet-o-fish so so so much!!!!

i loved seafood

i loved pan mee

i loved sausages

i loved barbeque

i loved fish head noodle

and now

what i eat is

vegetable…

i realize~

vegetable is so so so sweet~

compare to meat…

they stinks!

never think that  i might turn vegetarian someday before…

21 years arent something easy…

thanks to my parents…

for everything…

daddy mummy i love you…

and also to my siblings

they occupied quite a high% in my life…

and perng perng just gave me a kiss!!!!!! 

my grandma in heaven…

she take good care of me…

bring me for short trip with her…

cook for me…

whenever i feel not comfortable~

the 1st person i looking for is her…

she is so caring…

and cute…

she extract most of my teeth!!!

she buried my marbles

telling me that “by burying them~ they may grow more like grass”

when i grown up i asked her~

marble cant give birth!

she said :”i scare you tertelan them ma~”

and then all my friends!!!!!!

who encouraged me to do better…

gave me confidence

we laugh we cried together!!!
