after working in front desk, i would say that I CAN DO BUSINESS BUT DOESNT MEAN I LIKE IT, i am working as front desk, i am multitasking, i like to communicate with customer but i dislike to bargain with customer… there’s a LANJIAO called up, spend my 10 mins,while other guests waiting on the desk, ask for best price as in he stay for 9 days book for 2 rooms, finally, we rearrange all the room just to fit him in… after 10 minutes he called back, he said “khoo, i wish to cancel my reservation UNLESS you offer me the same price in website”

i passed to my colleague and my colleague just ask him to book through other website as he said they offer lower price
